Day 1 of the 90 Day Challenge

I started off my day by getting up at 3:55am. I ate a Thomas bagel w/just a little bit of butter and drank water. I met my personal trainer (free session w/gym sign-up) at 5am at Club Fitness. He went over my measurements and talked to me about proper nutrition. Then we did a 6-minute warm-up on the treadmill. I am out of shape!! I wasn't even going fast...just a "brisk" walk as he calls it..and by then end, I was out of breath!! He then showed me how to use the machines for weight-lifting. Those machines look intimidating, but once you learn how to use them, they're not! I can't wait to start my upper and lower body workouts!! After that, he did a 7 minute workout with me... that was hard!! He had me do push-ups, wall sits, and ab crunches... I was hurting by the end!!

I came home and was so sick to my stomach. I can't believe I've let myself get that out of shape!! But at least I'm doing something about it! I laid down until the girls got up and then had a Visalus shake with Dark Chocolate Almond milk and a green apple. Yummy!!!

As for my measurements...here they are:

Weight: 182.6
Shoulders: 43.5
Chest: 39
Waist: 36
Hips: 42.5
Thigh: 20
Arm: 11.75

My body fat is 34.3
My BMI is 28.6

So, that's about it for right now. I'll write more later.... I'm already a little sore!!
